      Reciprocating grate cooler is the one of main equipment for completet set of clinker burning system and its main function is to cool, crush, heat recovery and to convey clinker. Due to high performance requirement, sophisticated mechanism, and difficulty in operation, its fault rate is very high, which directly affects the running rate of kiln. Therefore, it has been commonly regarded as the weak link among the main equipment of kiln system at home and abroad.

      The forth generation grate cooler centers the third all merits and overcome the third shortcoming at the same time. It adopts fixed cell, cancel conveyor under cell, and strike at the root of the evil, so that high operating efficiency obtained a more reliable guarantee. To compare with the third generation grate cooler, using the forth grate cooler, kiln center line drops 2 meters, preheater frame height drops 5 meters and cost of land develop is saved greatly.

      Refrigeration wind uses the fuzzy control completely, and distribution according to it need, so it cy. ontrol simply, precisely and is of high termal efficiency. Draught fan total power is only equal to the third generation 50%-60%, and the investment and the operating cost of draught fan reduce greatly
